This permission includes the use of provided materials for promotional and marketing purposes related to the sponsored page and the advertising partner's business.

Payment Terms for Four States Directory Business Partners: All directory business partners are billed annually for the entire calendar year, unless specified otherwise at the sole discretion of Whitetail Wedding. Payment is due in full at the time of invoicing, and services will be provided for the duration of the calendar year. The renewal of services occurs at the beginning of each calendar year, and business partners will be invoiced once for the year. Payments made for directory listings are non-refundable. In the event of non-payment, Whitetail Wedding reserves the right to suspend or terminate directory listing services.

Join the Directory Promotional Discounts: Our "Join the Directory" promotional discounts are exclusively available to businesses that are joining or upgrading to a paid package for the first time. This promotion cannot be applied retroactively or combined with any other offers. We reserve the right to verify eligibility before approving discounted listings.

Limitation of Liability: Whitetail Wedding shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use our content and website.

Changes to Terms: Whitetail Wedding reserves the right to modify or update these terms of service at any time. By continuing to use our website after any changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Governing Law: These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kansas, USA.
